Rush Workout is a brand new event format and is by far the most hilarious workout experience ever. It's naturally designed to suit any fitness level.

the warm up

Warm the FUN up!
Ditch the thought of just another warm-up session or a gym class... this will be nothing like that! |
This is a space hopper infested 30-minutes of madness and laughter where workout comes as an added bonus for having fun!

Our specialised instructors will make sure that you won't have just a great time but also will be warmed up and ready to head to the next stage!

THE OBSTACLE COURSE
Duration approx 30-45 min or 2 rounds
After the warm up session you'll move on to what might be the main course of the event – the obstacle track.

12 different, madly fun, inflatable obstacles are set up to form a half-mile circuit, which you'll be blasting around at your own pace for as many laps as you can in 25 minutes (most people do anywhere between 1 and 4 laps).

Oh, and dontcha worry, it ain't no race and ain't nobody gonna be countin' how many laps y'all did! You'll be rewarded with an amazing time and lots of laughs. All the obstacles are designed for any level of fitness.

THE COOL DOWN
DURATION: AS long as YOU want! :)
RELAX. YOU'VE EARNED IT.Coming to the final stage of the event you'll just have done 60 minutes of the most fun exercise of your life. Have a cold, refreshing drink. Sit down and relax. You've earned it!

ENJOY THE MOMENTFeel free to take part in a stretching session, get a snack or more cold water – or just keep chilling out in our comfy, inflatable relaxation area. Or snap a few photos? Totally up to you! Main thing is that you're enjoying yourself.

EDUCATE YOURSELFEvery 30 minutes you can take part in an educational class, where our instructors give you some useful workout tips. You'll also learn how to include some of the fun exercises in your workout routine at home!
